Shrimp & Egg Garden Salad

Ingredients:

Mixed greens (lettuce, arugula, etc.)

8-10 cooked shrimp

2 boiled eggs, quartered

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cucumber, sliced

1/4 cup sweet corn kernels

1/4 cup quinoa (optional)

Salt, pepper, and your favorite salad dressing
Instructions:
Prepare the Base
